Are you bonded & insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

How long will it take to get a cleaning cost estimate?

Do you perform background checks when hiring employees?

Yes, we do. We do a full background check on our employees, they are carefully screened upon hire to be sure they have good character and responsibilities necessary to be part of our team. 

What type of training do you provide employees?

We train our employees extensively. During the training process we rely on audio, visual, and hands on training. Videos and pictures are very effective in training employees since they are easy to understand and follow. However, hands on training is an absolute must, only by practicing cleaning will our employees have complete knowledge and understanding on how to perform the tasks properly and effectively every time.

What type of quality control do you have in place?

All of our cleaning technicians are experienced and fully screened. We never use independent contractors either, here at Absolutely Maid Clean we use our own employees to clean your home. We also try to keep our cleaning teams as consistent as possible. If a team member is ill or on vacation, we will assign another team. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us at any time. 

What type of cleaning products do you use?

Most of our products are either green sealed certified or designed with the environment in mind.  They are lightly scented, biodegradable and EPA-regulated — promoting ZERO toxin emission in the homes and offices we clean. We take great pride in keeping our clients and environment happy and healthy.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my cleaning?

We must be able to reach all areas to be cleaned. We ask that things such as dishes, clothing, clutter, toys, leftover food, etc. are put away prior to the cleaning. Organizing and clearing clutter is not included in the service. It increases the time and difficulty it takes to clean your home or office at the quoted rate.  Additional time for cleaning will incur an additional charge. Pleased have all clutter put away so that we can work efficiently and effectively. In addition, please ensure that your home or office is well ventilated and air-conditioned – between 68°F-72°F.  A home that is too hot or too cold can be dangerous for our technicians.

Can I be home while the cleaning is taking place?

Of course!  If you are looking for peace and quiet, though, you might want to run errands while we’re there. If you are home and have pets and/or small children, we suggest having them stay in one area of the home that way we can focus all of our efforts on cleaning your home.

Please provide at least 48 hours of notice to our office for all cancelled appointments. There is no penalty for notifications made 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, for cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, there will be a cancellation fe

My children have severe allergies, can I provide my own cleaning supplies?/Do I need to supply cleaning supplies?

You will not need to supply your own cleaning supplies. We will bring all of the equipment and supplies that we need to clean your home. We are trained to use our cleaning products and equipment only. The use of your own supplies and equipment will void our guarantee. If there is a special situation where we need to use your cleaning supplies, it must be explicitly stated in writing on our Service Agreement. If supplies are provided by the home owner, we must have several bottles of each product. We clean as a team and supply each technician with a set of cleaning materials. 

What about my pets?

Our cleaning products are safe for the entire family, and that includes your furry friends. As mentioned previously,  if you are home and have pets, we suggest having them stay in one closed off area of the home that way we can focus all of our efforts on cleaning your home. However, it really depends on your individual pets as they are all different. When we make your cleaning plan we will discuss the pets you have and where they should be during cleaning.
