Residential Cleanings

Dust all furniture, ornaments and knickknacks 

· Dust and/or wipe glass and Spot clean glass doors   

· Remove cobwebs 

· Dust windowsills and door frames, visible baseboards and woodwork 

· Clean Ceiling Fans,hanging lights, air conditioners/ heaters vents 

· Shake out and/or vacuum rugs. Small Area Rugs Removed to mop

· Vacuum Carpets and area rugs. Vacuum Hard Floors

· Mop all Tile and Hard Floors

· Empty and remove Trash

· Scrub shower, tub, walls and grout, polish chrome

·  Clean sink and counter top. Wipe down cabinets

Clean and sanitize toilet, treat mildew from toilets and showers.

· Polish mirrors and chrome to shine. Dust light fixtures. 

· Dust shelves, towel racks and toilet paper holders 

· Remove cobwebs. Dust windowsills and door frames

· Dust all visible baseboards and woodwork 

· Vacuum and/or sweep floors – give special attention to hair

· Shake out and/or vacuum rugs (remove small rugs to clean)

· Mop bathroom floors (scrub if needed)

·  Hand wash/scrub (if needed) bathroom floors 

 Empty garbage

  · Sanitize entire bathroom  

· Baseboards washing

· Change of linens

· Inside refrigerators & freezers 

· Wood washing/polishing

· Inside ovens

· Window cleaning

· Media room/Theater 

· Library

· Game room

· Sun room

· Garage cleaning/ organizing

· Laundry (wash and fold)

· Inside cabinets, closets and pantries cleaning and/ or organizing, etc.

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

• Dust all accessible surfaces
• Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
• Clean all floor surfaces
• Take out garbage and recycling
