How much will it cost to clean my house?
That really depends on the size and scope of your home.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are.  We are bonded and carry workers comp, and liability insurance.

How long will it take to get a cleaning cost estimate?

It won’t take long at all.  Please fill out the form lined here (Link to correct form) and we will get in touch with you right away.
Do you perform criminal background checks when hiring employees?
Yes, we do.  We do a full background check.  Our employees are carefully screened upon hire to be sure they have good character and responsibilities necessary to be part of our team.

Will employees or independent contractors clean my home?

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No.  We will bring all of the equipment and supplies that we need to clean your home.

Can we be home when you are there?
Of course!  If you are looking for peace and quiet, though, you might want to run errands while we’re there.  If you are home and have pets and/or small children, we suggest having them stay in one area of the home.  That way we can focus all of our efforts on cleaning your home.

Can my pets be loose in the house?

It really depends on your pets, as they are all different.  When we make your cleaning plan, we will discuss the pets you have and where they should be during cleaning.

Will the same people clean my house each time?
YES. We try and keep our teams as consistent as possible.  If a team member is ill or on vacation, we will assign another team member to your home.

What type of training do you provide employees?
 We want to expect from any trainee that they work with all their senses. To better assist our trainees we rely on audio, visual, and hands on training. We’ve found that videos and pictures are very effective since is easy to understand systems by seeing how they work, but hands on is a must, only by doing someone will fully have knowledge and understanding on a job delivered.

What type of quality control do you have in place?
All of our team members are experienced and fully screened.  If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at any time.

What type of cleaning products do you use?

Most of our products are either green sealed certified or designed with the environment in mind.  They are lightly scented, biodegradable and EPA-regulated — promoting ZERO toxin emission in the homes and offices we clean.  In addition, to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of common household illnesses, we use color-coded cleaning towels.  We take great pride in keeping our clients happy and healthy and continue to look for ways to improve.

My children have severe allergies.  Can I provide my own cleaning supplies?
We are trained to use our cleaning products and equipment. The use your supplies and equipment will void our guarantee unless it is expressly implied in writing on our Service Agreement. If supplies are provided by the home owner, we must have several bottles of each product. We clean as a team and supply each technician with a set of cleaning materials.

I have a family emergency and need to cancel my appointment, but it’s after business hours.  Is there any other way I can reach you?  Please provide at least 48 hours of notice to our office for all cancelled appointments. There is no penalty for notifications made 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, for cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, there will be a cancellation fee

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my cleaning team?
We must be able to reach all areas to be cleaned. We greatly appreciate it when dishes, clothing, toys, leftover food, etc. are put away prior to the cleaning. Clearing clutter is not included in the service and will increase the time it takes to clean your home or office at the quoted rate.  Additional time for cleaning will incur additional charge. Pleased have all clutter put away so that we can work efficiently and within the estimated time.

In addition, please ensure that your home or office is well ventilated and air-conditioned – between 68°F-72°F.  A home that is too hot can be dangerous for our technicians.
